The Forum constitutes a high profile international think tank event addressing business, policy issues and civil society and acting as a catalyst for wide ranging applications in the Information Society.
The 2010 edition of the Forum will focus on “ICT: an empowered world. A smarter and more innovative society” and it will be held at the Marvin Center of the Georges Washington University (USA) on Nov. 8-9, 2010.
The event is organised by Items International, the Sophia Antipolis Foundation and the George Washington University in partnership with the General Services Administration (GSA) and the European Centre for Woman and Technology (ECWT).
The Forum aims at providing the participants with an arena for developing imaginative solutions in partnership with each other during both formal and informal face to face discussions and after the Forum by electronic networking, enabling them to keep abreast with the latest developments in technology, regulation, markets and applications of communications and broadcast (interactive TV, telephony, etc.).
