Africa has been a showcase for events without having the requisite participant in relation to ICT. It is clear, if l may say, that we base our technology on already existed findings, which we only quene up to make noise around it. Having heard most of the speakers on the conference, it would be to my elate if we should have local technological content that can be emulated by other neighbouring states or nations. We all know communication is very vital in today’s business and public administrative transactions, which means that we need to be serious when discussing anything like Information Communication Technology. The manner at which ICT was presented appears functioning, coming to practical aspect of it can be elusive.
