To coincide with the next meeting (June 24, 2010) of the European members of the Joint Expert Group for the “8th Africa-EU Strategic Partnership for Science, Information Society and Space” (the so called JEG8), a new date has been set for the upcoming EuroAfrica-ICT Concertation Meeting (the 8th of its series).

The meeting will finally be held at the Radisson Hotel on June 23, 2010 (instead of June 16) in Brussels, Belgium.

EuroAfrica-ICT Concertation Meetings – Short reminder…
An increasing number of regional, national and international initiatives addressing Euro-Africa S&T cooperation in ICT have been developed in the last few years. At least 3 new EuroAfrica-ICT Concertation Meetings will be organised over the period 2010-2011 in Europe and in Africa in order to facilitate closer interaction and the development of synergies between the EuroAfrica-ICT initiative and these other related initiatives.
